SALES & SHIPPING

Getting you the items you purchased on our site as soon as possible is our goal. All shipments will be sent out within 72-hours of orders received, baring weekends and holidays. Please note that Felix Assouline Cigars does not process web orders from Friday evening to Saturday evening.

All orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. We ship using USPS and UPS. You must be of legal age to purchase tobacco products. Florida residents add 6% sales tax. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Florida is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We happily ship to any place in the world! All international customers whose orders are shipped outside of the United States via US Postal Service are responsible for merchandise once possession transfers to their respective postal service. All such purchases are FOB Miami and delivery is deemed complete once shipment arrives in the customer’s country.

Shipping standards

  • First Class Mail: 3-5 business days from date of shipping
  • Free Shipping: When one qualifies for free shipping, we ship using First Class Mail, which takes 3-5 business days from date of shipping
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days depending on your destination location from date of shipping
  • Express Mail: 1 business day from date of shipping

 

RETURNS

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase which is why your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed!

Returns are easy - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returns can take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact us at customerservice@felixassouline.com or call 954-367-3449 and let us know what item you are returning and why. Then a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued. Please be sure to include your RMA# with your return for accurate processing.

We strive to deliver the highest quality cigars, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. All shipments will be sent out within 72-hours of orders received baring weekends and holidays

Should you experience ANY problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want you to be happy and to enjoy our cigars.

Here’s how our return policy works:

You may return boxes or bundles of 10 cigars or more, even after you’ve tried our cigars. However, we will credit you back a prorated amount for the cigars you smoked less shipping charges. If shipping fees were free in the original sale, we will subtract that from the refund as well.

For sampler packs, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit.

Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging, which includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Promotional items included with purchase must be returned to insure your return is processed. And please, never send back any smoked cigars or cigars that have been cut…this will negatively affect your return.
